You were above my in the SITS roll call today. Funny that you're from the same area I am! Of course, I am a Tampa lifer, born and raised.

Just dropping in to say hi from SITS. You were two comments above me today. For dessert I like to have a bowl of cut-up fruit. I try to pick the sweet ones like bananas, and red delicious apples, I sprinkle a spoon of organic coconut flakes, a spoon of dried cranberries, maybe a spoon of nuts or sunflower seeds and if I'm really lucky just a teeny drizzle of honey or agave nectar.
